(Santa Ana, CA) Christopher Associates today announced that Richard Brooks has joined the company in the position of Technical Sales Engineer for Texas and border regions of Mexico. Mr. Brooks, formerly of Indium Corporation, brings over 20 years of process and technology experience to the company . He will be responsible for technical sales of Christopher’s industry leading solar technology portfolio, which includes Tonsan sealants and potting compounds, GSE EVA and other encapsulant films, Hengda junction boxes and tooling, and Japan Unix soldering systems. He will also be a team leader involved in the company’s green technology initiative.
Mr. Brooks holds degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida; holds several patents and has received numerous engineering awards for work done while a principal engineer and program manager at Motorola Corporation. He is a six sigma black belt, and has extensive industry experience, including his past presidency of the Dallas Chapter of SMTA.
