You may not yet be familiar with Seica, but they already have hundreds of test systems for loaded boards in North America (under the GenRad & Teradyne labels), and are the leading bare board flying probe tester manufacturer in Europe. 

The reasons are higher throughput, a complete automation solution, and system compatibility, both with competitive systems and with most of the test solutions used by your customers. Seica has a national service and support network in place, and offer both vertical and horizontal (completely automated) systems.
