Printable No Clean Lead Free Solder Paste (S3X48-M500 and S3X48-M500C)
This is a general use SAC305 solder paste that comes in jars or Cartridges. It prints very well and has a wide open reflow processing window. It is used globally and has a high level of refinement, and consistency. The residue is barely visible or noticeable. The S3X48-M500C is a modified version of M500 designed for improved heat resistant and better wetting with NiPd components. This paste prints like a dream, makes shiny solder joints and is a great drop in replacement for most older SAC305 No Cleans. Full technical details are available.
