Zero VOC Wave Solder Spray Flux for SnPb and SAC305 applications
This is a spray able no clean wave flux for wave soldering. It is an all-round liquid flux targeting the elimination of lead free soldering defects. It is also used with SnPb soldering. The low solids formulation drastically reduces bridging, blow holes and solder balling. It also significantly improves through hole filling with OSP boards. It features extremely LOW residue despite a powerful soldering action.
