SAC305 Cored Solder Wire (S03X7Ca-56M)
Most solder wire can trace its formulation back many years. This cored wire is a totally new flux system. The flux combines high-softening point resins with heat-resistant activators for superior solder ability. It wets very well, creates shinny joints and has minimal odor.
?S03X7Ca-56M has excellent performance with SAC305, other SAC and Sn Ag alloys and SnAgBiCu/SnZnBi alloys.
