 The NSpec FV extends the capabilities of the Nspec F Series machines. The FV machines now have the capability to inspect solder fillets on SMT components. Using the Wave Analysis algorithm, the FV series also improves image capture on low contrast components. TheFV Series is available in both the Desktop and inline models.
The Nspec Linea inline AOI is now available, using the same proven software as our Bench top system. Is now available in combination with the Nvision monitoring and Nverifiy verification systems. This combination make the the Nspec Linea the most comprehensive AOI solution in today’s industry.
